1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, configuring, or interacting with the Bot in any Discord guild or direct message, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to adhere to these Terms of Service as well as Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Service Usage & Rules

When using the music, giveaway, moderation, economy, and ticket features, you explicitly agree not to:

• System Abuse: Exploit bugs or unintended mechanics within economy, ticket, or giveaway modules.
• Automation: Use self-bots, user-scripts, or automated macros to farm currency or enter giveaways.
• Ticket Misuse: Flood ticket channels with spam, offensive content, or malicious links.
• Real-Money Trading: Sell, trade, or transfer bot currency or perks for real-world money.

3. Availability & Modifications

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature (such as external music providers or third-party APIs) without prior notice.

4. Account Restriction & Banning

We reserve the right to restrict or permanently blacklist any user or server from accessing the Bot at our sole discretion for terms violations or malicious behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

The developers and infrastructure providers shall not be held liable for any loss of server data, virtual balances, or service interruptions resulting from usage of the Bot.
